Instructions for preparing Nanci’s Smoothie Base

Stir 1 part Nanci’s Smoothie Base powder into 3 parts water. For example, 1 cup Smoothie Base into 3 cups of water. (Once prepared with water, store Nanci’s base in refrigerator for up to 10 days.)

We recommend using frozen fruit or dr.Smoothie 100% Crushed fruit for all recipes.

STRAWBERRY SUNRISE

4 oz Nanci’s Smoothie Base (prepared liquid)
2 oz orange juice
4 oz strawberries
1/2  banana
12 oz ice

Yield: 20 oz

MANGO MANIA

4 oz Nanci’s Smoothie Base (prepared liquid)
2 oz orange juice
4 oz mangos
2 oz strawberries
12 oz ice
Blend

BLUEBERRY BLAST

4 oz Nanci’s Smoothie Base (prepared liquid)
2 oz apple juice
2 oz blueberries
2 oz strawberries
12 oz ice
Blend

PEACH PASSION

4 oz Nanci’s Smoothie Base (prepared liquid)
2 oz orange juice or apple juice
2 oz strawberries
4 oz peaches
12 oz ice

PEANUT BUTTER BONANZA

4 oz Nanci’s Smoothie Base (prepared liquid)
2 spoonfuls of creamy peanut butter
1/2 banana
2 oz water + 12 oz ice

ALTERNATE SIMPLE RECIPE THAT REQUIRES NO FROZEN FRUIT

4 oz Nanci’s Smoothie Base (prepared liquid)
4 oz dr.Smoothie 100% Crushed fruit (any variation liquid fruit puree)
2 oz water + Add ice until level reaches 20oz on blender jar
